FAQ

What counts as a “page”?

A distinct page in the main navigation such as Home, Services, About, or Contact. Long single pages with multiple sections still count as one page.

Do you provide the copy and photos?

You can provide them, or I can help tighten copy and structure. Clear messaging is a major part of conversion, so content needs to be specific and intentional.

How fast can we launch?

Fast if content is ready. Most sites can launch in a few weeks once core details are finalized. Delays usually come from missing business information, unclear service lists, photos, or approvals, not development itself.

What’s not included in the base packages?

Advanced integrations, custom applications, paid ads, ongoing SEO campaigns, and large amounts of custom functionality are not included in fixed packages. If something falls outside the scope, I flag it early so we can decide how to handle it.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes. Each project includes a review phase to refine layout, content, and structure. The goal is to get it right without nickel-and-diming small adjustments.

Who owns the website when it’s done?

You do. The site, domain, and hosting are yours. I do not lock clients into proprietary systems or hold anything hostage.

Do I need ongoing support?

Not necessarily. Many clients launch and only reach out occasionally. Ongoing support is optional and makes sense if you want regular updates, improvements, or SEO work over time.
